Terms and Conditions

• Definitions
  • "Exhibitor" means the company, organization, or individual applying for and allocated exhibition space.
  • "Exhibition" means the Gbidukorza Business Fair and Fun Park.
  • "Organizer" means the entity responsible for organizing the Exhibition; Gbidukor Youth Alliance
  • "Venue" means the physical location where the Exhibition takes place; Gbi Atabu Park

• Exhibition Space Allocation
  • The Organizer reserves the right to allocate exhibition space and relocate exhibits as necessary
  • The Exhibitor must occupy the allocated space and must not sublet or share it with others without first agreeing on this with the organizers

• Payment Terms
  • Registration fees must be paid in full by [05/11/2024] to secure exhibition space
  • Payment methods accepted are via mobile money and physical cash
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel exhibition space if payment is not received

• Cancellation Policy
  • The Exhibitor may cancel participation by written notice to the Organizer
  • Cancellation fees:
    • Before [10/11/2024]: 50% refund
    • After [10/11/2024]: No refund

• Exhibitor Responsibilities
  • Ensure compliance with Ghanaian laws and regulations
  • Obtain necessary licenses and permits
  • Keep the exhibition space clean and safe
  • Safeguard your exhibition space & items
  • Provide large enough rubber to cover your items in case of rain
  • All food vendors must wear aprons, rubber hand gloves, and hair nets
  • All Exhibitors & Vendors must be branded in their company T-Shirts for easy recognition

• Organizer Responsibilities
  • Provide exhibition space and basic amenities (Electricity, Light Bulbs, Table(s), Chairs, Place of Convenience, General Grounds Cleaning).
  • Ensure Venue safety and security.

• Liability and Indemnity
  • The Exhibitor indemnifies the Organizer against claims, damages, and expenses arising from Exhibitor's actions.
  • The Organizer will not be liable for loss or damage to Exhibitor's property.

• Force Majeure
  • The Organizer reserves the right to cancel or postpone the Exhibition due to unforeseen circumstances.

• Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Ghanaian law.

• Acceptance
  • By submitting the registration form, the Exhibitor acknowledges reading, understanding, and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions.
